Privacy Policy

This policy explains what BBS Studio AI (operated by Bibekpreet Singh) collects, why, and how to control it.

1. What we collect

• Account data: your Discord user id and email, received via Supabase Auth during sign-in.
• Generated content: prompts you submit and the scenes we generate from them, stored under your account.
• Usage logs: per-call records of which operation ran (scene_gen / chat / edit / title), token counts, and timestamps. Used for quota enforcement and billing reconciliation.
• Billing data: Razorpay order/payment IDs and status. We never see or store full card details — Razorpay handles that.
• Operational logs: server logs (IP, request path, status code) kept for up to 30 days for abuse mitigation.

2. What we don't collect

• Card numbers, CVV, or bank credentials.
• Behavioral analytics on the public landing pages beyond aggregate counts.
• Your Minecraft world data — the mod only sends scenes generated by you.

3. How we use it

Account data for sign-in; prompts/scenes to provide the Service; usage logs to enforce limits and bill correctly; billing data to recover from disputes. We do not sell personal data.

4. Third parties

• Supabase — auth + database hosting (EU/US region).
• Anthropic — LLM API. Your prompts and generated scenes are sent to Anthropic to produce output. Anthropic's policies apply to that processing.
• Razorpay — payments; receives your billing details directly.
• Discord — OAuth identity provider.
• Vercel — hosting for the web app.

5. Data retention

Account data: until you delete your account. Generated scenes: until you delete them or your account. Usage logs: 13 months (for tax and billing reconciliation). Operational server logs: 30 days.

6. Your rights

Email us at hi@bbsstudio.bsingh.codes to (a) export your data, (b) delete your account and associated data, (c) correct inaccurate information. We respond within 14 days.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies required for authentication. No third-party ad or tracking cookies.

8. Changes

Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
